Data controller. Sigreturn Labs (SASU, RCS Paris 104 567 854 — SIRET 10456785400013), […][email protected]. AIgree is operated as a product of Sigreturn Labs; see our Legal Notice for full publisher and hosting details.

Short version

If you just browse AIgree, we don't know who you are. If you subscribe to AIgree Pro, we store your email address and the list of services you chose to watch — nothing more. Your card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.

Browsing the free site

No accounts, no sign-up, no cookies beyond a single theme key in localStorage that remembers your light/dark preference and never leaves your device.

Like any web server, ours records basic access logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp). These are used only for security and debugging, are not shared with third parties, and are rotated after 30 days.

All fonts and styles are served from our own server. No third-party scripts, pixels, SDKs, CDNs, or analytics are embedded on free pages.

If you submit a suggestion or problem report

From the homepage you can submit an anonymous service suggestion when a search returns no results. From any service page you can submit an anonymous problem report about that summary. Both are optional and never required to use AIgree.

What we store

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in receiving curation and quality feedback. Submissions stay in the moderation queue until they are resolved or dismissed, and may be retained for up to 12 months for audit and abuse-prevention purposes. You can request earlier deletion of any submission you recognise as yours by emailing the data controller above.

If you subscribe to AIgree Pro

Subscribing requires an email address and a payment. We then process limited personal data as described below.

What we store on our server

We do not see or store your payment card details. We do not store browsing history, IP addresses linked to your account, or any behavioural tracking.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Retention

We keep your account data as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we keep it for up to 12 months for billing reconciliation, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion (see below).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights, email the data controller at [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in France: CNIL).

AI-generated content disclaimer

Summaries and change alerts are produced automatically by large language models (via OpenAI's API) from publicly available legal documents. They may be incomplete or wrong. Always refer to the source document linked on every service page or alert.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will also be notified by email.
