Terms of Service — equivalent of the French CGU/CGV

These Terms govern both the use of the AIgree website (free) and the sale of the AIgree Pro subscription. The publisher and hosting provider are identified in the Legal Notice above.

1. What AIgree is

AIgree (aigr.ee) publishes AI-generated summaries of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of third-party apps and services. We are not affiliated with any of the services we summarise. The site is operated by Sigreturn Labs, a SASU registered with the RCS Paris under SIREN 104 567 854; see the Publisher section above for full details.

2. AI-generated content disclaimer

The summaries, ratings, and flagged points on this site are produced automatically by large language models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or wrong. Always read the original document on the source site before making any decision that depends on its content. We provide direct links to every source document for that reason.

3. Acceptable use of the free site

You may read, share, and link to pages on AIgree freely. You may not scrape the site at abusive rates, redistribute the summaries as your own, or use AIgree to make automated legal decisions affecting anyone without human review.

4. AIgree Pro — paid subscription

AIgree Pro is an optional paid subscription that delivers email alerts when a service on your watchlist updates its Terms, Privacy Policy, or related legal documents. Subscribing implies full and unreserved acceptance of the version of these Terms in force on the day of subscription.

4.1 Price and VAT. €4 per month, VAT included (TTC), billed in advance and automatically renewed each month until cancelled. AIgree Pro is a B2C consumer subscription; the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Equivalent prices in other currencies, where offered, are set by Stripe at checkout and may differ slightly from a direct exchange-rate conversion. An invoice is issued by Stripe after each successful payment.

4.2 Free trial. New AIgree Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the first monthly charge of €4 (VAT included) is made automatically on day 8 and the subscription auto-renews monthly thereafter as set out in §4.1 and §4.6. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Your account → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately and no payment is taken.

4.3 Order process. You enter your email address on the subscription page, are redirected to Stripe Checkout (operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland) to provide the requested payment information, and the subscription is activated once Stripe confirms the payment. We never see or store your card details.

4.4 Service delivery. The service is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Alerts are generated by AIgree's automated pipeline and sent by email, typically within 24 hours of detection of a change. Alerts are produced by large language models and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally misclassify minor wording changes. They do not replace reading the original document linked in each alert.

4.5 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). Pursuant to Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has, in principle, a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance contract. By subscribing to AIgree Pro you expressly request that performance of the service begin before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code (transposing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You remain free to cancel at any time as described in §4.6. During the 7-day free trial described in §4.2, no payment is taken, so cancellation has the practical effect of withdrawal at no cost.

4.6 Duration, renewal and cancellation. The subscription is concluded for a one-month period and is automatically renewed for successive one-month periods unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Your account → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. No prorated refund is issued for unused time, except where required by law.

4.7 Failed payments. If a scheduled renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over several days. If all retries fail, your subscription is suspended and alerts stop. You can resubscribe at any time.

4.8 Changes to pricing or features. We may change the price or scope of AIgree Pro with at least 30 days' notice by email. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Liability

AIgree (free and Pro) is provided "as is" and on a best-efforts basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price actually paid by the subscriber over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the site, its summaries, or its alerts. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including, for French consumers, the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, where applicable).

6. Trademarks and intellectual property

The AIgree name, logo, source code, design system, and AI-generated summaries are the exclusive property of Sigreturn Labs, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for short quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the source page on aigr.ee.

Brand names, logos, and service marks of the third-party services summarised on AIgree belong to their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the service being summarised, under fair-use / nominative-use principles, and AIgree is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those services.

7. Personal data

The personal data collected to operate the site and the subscription are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out the legal basis, retention periods, sub-processors, and your rights under the GDPR.

8. Customer service and complaints

Any question or complaint may be sent to [email protected]. We endeavour to reply within 30 days.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer mediator will be designated and their contact details published in this section before the launch of paid billing. While AIgree Pro remains free of charge (cf. §4.2), no commercial transaction subject to mediation can occur. European consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the Legal Notice above are governed by French law. Any dispute should first be addressed in writing to the publisher at [email protected]. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute may be brought before the competent French courts. Consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their place of residence within the European Union.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Legal Notice. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
